Introduction
------------
To help your friendly installation, you can check it from the
REAMDE.TXT files. Should there be any further recommendations,
please contact with the Local D-Link office listed as below.
Getting Started
---------------
Auto-run program assist your ease of setup. It will configure
driver, install appropriate network drivers for popular network
operating systems on the DFE-530TX adapter.
You can operate some function through the friendly button:
1.Insalll Driver: It will configure driver, install appropriate
network drivers for popular network operating systems on the
DFE-530TX adapter
2.User's manual: It will show detail manual for your reference.
3.Go to D-Link Web:You can find other imformation in our Web and contact us.
4.Explore CD :It will allow you to explore the CD.
5.Close Window:You can close Window by this button.
If the NOS (Network Operating System) you are using is not covered
by the auto-run program, please refer to the individual documentation
provided in each NOS directory.

Trouble shouting
----------------
During testing of the WOL feature of the DFE-530TX.B1, if you discover
the following phenomena:
1) In WIN98(SE) or WIN2000, if the user turns the Stand By using the normal
procedure, then the card can be remote awakened successfully.
2) If the DFE-530TX.B1 encounters either of the following power-off
situations:
(a) sudden, abnormal power-down, or (b) PC freezes suddenly, then the WOL
function fails.
For the second situation, there are two workarounds to re-enable the
WOL function:
1. Restart the PC ->
The PC will scan the harddisk and file system automatically ->
After the OS is rebooted successfully, turn the Stand By using
the normal procedure.
2. Restart the PC ->
Enter DOS mode immediately ->
Use the Setup utility ( please contact with the local D-Link's OBU )
to re-enable the WOL function.
